Aerith is a private personal-assistant app run by Moment Entertainment for the private use of its owner's household only. It is not offered to the public.
When an authorized household member connects their Google account, Aerith may read that person's Gmail messages and Google Calendar events, and may create or change calendar events and send email on their behalf only when that person asks it to.
Information is used only to help that person: summarizing their day, reminding them of deadlines, keeping their to-do list and calendar up to date, and answering their questions. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone outside the household.
Access keys and any working notes are stored on a private computer owned by Moment Entertainment. Messages are processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) solely to produce Aerith's replies.
Aerith's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Anyone who connected their account can disconnect it at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have any stored notes deleted, email the contact below.
